1. Booking Policy
- Cancellation Policy:
- For Individual (FIT) Bookings:
100% refund for cancellations made more than 20 days prior to arrival.
50% retention charge for cancellations 10–20 days prior.
100% retention for cancellations made within 10 days of arrival.
- For Group Bookings:
100% refund for cancellations 30 days or more in advance.
50% retention for cancellations 15–25 days prior.
100% retention for cancellations within 15 days of arrival.
- Inclusions:
- Traditional welcome with Khada (ceremonial scarf).
- Welcome drink upon arrival.
- Complimentary RO purified drinking water.
- In-room tea/coffee making facility.
- Essential in-room amenities including slippers, iron, and hairdryer.
- Access to our in-house swimming pool.
- Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi.
- Daily buffet breakfast at our in-house restaurant (as per meal plan).
- 24/7 guest assistance and concierge service.
- Exclusions:
Payment schedule:
- 25% advance of the estimated billing at the time of booking confirmation.
- Rest 50% advance 45 days before the date of function.
- Rest 25% advance a week before the function date.
Balance due (Extras) after the estimated billing needs to be cleared immediately after the function. In any case, if the booking gets cancelled the organization or individual will be responsible for 100% retention of the room rentals and food/ beverages revenue which was given at the time of booking confirmation. In case of amendment in the confirmed date, the booking may be considered as the cancellation and hotel reserve the rights to apply the retention charges.
2. Check-in & Check-out Policy
Check-In: From 1400 hrs onwards (early check-in subject to availability)
Check-Out: By 1200 hrs (late check-out subject to availability and may incur additional charges)
Late check-out is subject to availability and may incur extra charges.
A valid government-issued photo ID is mandatory at the time of check-in.
Please Note:
We do not accommodate unmarried couples.
Local ID proofs are not accepted.
3. Payment & Deposit Policy
We accept payments via Credit Card/Debit Card/UPI/Net Banking/Cash.
A security deposit may be required at check-in for incidentals and will be refunded at check-out, subject to room inspection.
4. Child & Extra Bed Policy
Children under 6 years stay free with existing bedding.
Extra beds or cribs are available upon request at an additional charge.
5. Pets Policy
Pets are not allowed on the premises, except for service animals with prior notification.
6. Damage & Loss Policy
Guests are responsible for any damage to hotel property caused by negligence or misconduct and will be charged accordingly.
The hotel is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced items. A safe deposit box is available in rooms or at the front desk for valuables.
7. Privacy Policy
Guest personal information is collected only for reservation and service purposes and is kept confidential.
We do not share your data with third parties unless required by law.
8. Minors
Our website and mobile application do not offer products or services for use by minors. If you are under 18, you may use our website or mobile application only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
